Step 1: Cleanse your face 2 times a day with the T-Blast Cleanser

1a. Wash your hands first. Wet your face and neck gently with warm water. Do not scrub or use hot water to avoid irritation. Studies show that avoiding irritation is vital to reduce acne.

1b. Apply a generous amount of the T-Blast Foaming Cleanser on your hands and gently apply it on your face to avoid irritation.

1c. Wash the affected area for less than 10 seconds. Use your hands and avoid using a towel as this can cause irritation.

1d. Gently rinse your face and neck with water and remove all the cleanser.

1e. Use a soft absorbent towel to dry your skin.

1f. Wait till your skin is completely dry (approximately 5 minutes). This will allow the treatment to absorb easier into the skin.

Step 2: Treat 1 or 2 times a day with the Z-Blast Serum.
(*Do not use on sensitive skin or if allergic to aspirin)

2a. Wash and dry your hands very well to remove any dirt or oil.

2b. Pump a small amount of the Z-Blast Serum using your fingertip, ONLY on the affected areas. Avoid the eyes. Allow the serum to penetrate the skin on its own to avoid any irritation.

2c. Wait 5 to 15 minutes for your skin to dry. Never rinse off the serum. It’s important for your skin to dry to allow the moisturizer in step 3 to work properly.
