Shipment processing time:

Shipments typically take 2-3 days to be delivered from time of shipping although actual ship times may vary depending on weather delays form the US Post Office

All orders received before 2pm PST will be processed and shipped that day (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS)

Any order placed on a weekend or Holiday will be processed and shipped out the following business day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing an extreme high volume of orders, or there is a force of nature that causes shipping delays with UPS, USPS or DHL, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for International orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return policy

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our Kidskin products we will refund you 100% of your money within 60 days of the time you received the order.

Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
