Skin Myth 23: You should only use a daytime moisturizer during the day and a nighttime moisturizer at night.

Honestly, the only real difference between daytime and nighttime moisturizer is sunscreen. Daytime moisturizers tend to offer an SPF 30 or higher, while night creams do not. Yet many brands will tell you your skin needs different ingredients overnight than throughout the day.
